How it works

CloudDelta Backup connects to your Laserfiche Cloud repository using your existing credentials and backs up your documents in their original file format — Word, Excel, PDF, video, and more — along with each document's Laserfiche template and field metadata. Your folder structure is preserved exactly as it exists in Laserfiche. The current version of each document is backed up; version history is not included. The result is a complete, organized, locally stored copy of your records that mirrors what you have in the cloud. Access to the application is governed by CloudDelta's built-in user authentication system, so backup operations and recovered documents are only accessible to authorized personnel.
